FAQ

Do you publish prices?

No. A price is said in the salon, in front of the object and its report. The page does not pre-write carats, origin, or the absence of heat.

May I walk in?

No. Da’an is by appointment, one party, a side door, no window. The address is sent only after confirmation, by the means of contact you left.

How does a jewel travel?

A jewel does not leave by ordinary post. It travels insured, named, and tracked, and when the piece requires it, with a person. The route and the value stay inside that one commission. Papers travel with the object, not with a social network.

Can a size be changed later?

Yes, and not only in the year of delivery. A ring size, a chain length, an earring fitting can be tuned to a later hand or neck. If jade, opal or emerald should not meet heat, the structure changes, not the stone. The adjustment is not photographed.

How should a fragile stone be worn?

Emeralds dislike shock, ultrasonics and steam. Fine jadeite dislikes impact and sudden heat, and should not meet a diamond’s edge. Opal dislikes dryness, perfume and a hard cloth. Pearls dislike scent and rough fabric. Keep them apart. A soft cloth, not a cleaning machine.

Why do commissions take months?

A true commission commonly takes three to six months, sometimes longer. The time is spent on refusal, on a drawing that may be discarded, on wax, and on the last millimetre of polish. Scarcity is not a vacant date. It is the willingness to leave a mistake on paper rather than in the finished jewel.

Will my details be used in publicity?

No. Names, contact, private requests and drawings do not enter public pages or advertising. If no commission is unfinished, those contacts are deleted within ninety days.
