If the hour is not made, or it has ended and no commission is unfinished, the contact and the private request are deleted within ninety days. Drawings and measurements remain only as long as warranty and repair require. A visit is not made into content. The address is not printed. YIJING treats a client’s silence as part of the object. A request for a viewing, a conversation toward a commission, or a family jewel left for remodelling produces personal details, drawings, carats and millimetres, and a record of correspondence. They exist to finish that trust. They are kept apart, sent over encrypted connections, and not mixed into a marketing list. There is no second system that trains advertising on your stone.

The data meant here is what you choose to leave: a name, a means of contact, an intention, a date, and the drawings and specifications that arise if a commission begins. You need not offer more than a viewing requires. Withholding it may mean one appointment cannot be made. It does not affect your reading of the site.

Commission photographs, drawings and names are not used for publicity, social media, or third-party advertising. A small technical record, if any, exists so that a page can open and a language can be remembered. It is not cross-site tracking and it is not sold. Refusing a shop window includes refusing to turn a private commission into content.

Deleting the maison’s copy of a laboratory report does not delete the laboratory’s own file.
