The jade sent back

A very green cabochon once sat in a Yunxiu drawing. The infrared sent it away. We did not rename it into another collection, or photograph it under a warmer lamp. Refusal is one of the few gestures this house is willing to show. What remains has to survive a spectrum, not only a liking.
